Carrier Sales Manager - UK &amp; I - London, onsite (Mon-Fri) &pound;70K-&pound;80K + bonus + bens&nbsp;We have an exciting new role for our client in SW London, a global leader specialising in thedesign and manufacture of solutions for the wireless communications industry.&nbsp;We are searching for a commercially focused individual with expert knowledge of the mobile telecommunications sector and a proven track record of generating business within operator, Managed Service Provider, or wider telecom partner environments.&nbsp;Role Summary&nbsp;The Carrier Sales Manager will lead business development with mobile network operators, carriers, enterprise resellers, system integrators, and telecom distribution partners throughout the UK.You main focus is to increase revenue, strengthen market footprint, and cultivate strong partnerships across the broader carrier landscape.&nbsp;The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how carrier organisations function, how procurement and deployment decisions are made within telecoms, and how to uncover opportunities both directly with operators and via their partner channels. They will collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales engineering, and marketing teams to advance opportunities and ensure partners are well-equipped to promote and implement the company&rsquo;s solutions effectively.&nbsp;The role will focus on new business development across the UK and the management of these new and existing accounts. You will be tasked with growing revenue through carrier and distribution channels, building strong, active relationships with key partners, expanding the number of productive channel accounts and improving partner engagement and market visibility.&nbsp;The successful candidate will meet the following skill set:&nbsp;<ul>
<li>Experience in Enterprise Sales, inlcuding, business development, account management or channel management within the mobile carrier or telecom industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of how mobile network operators operate commercially and technically.</li><li>Experience working with or selling to carriers, telecom resellers, system integrators or enterprise mobility providers.</li><li>Proven track record of developing revenue through telecom partner or carrier-led opportunities.</li><li>Essential TELCO experience within a commercial role.</li></ul>

This role is suited to a technically strong commercial professional who enjoys working with customers to define solutions.&nbsp;The Technical Pre-Sales Engineer is instrumental in transforming customer requirements into commercially practicalsolutions across the European market. Serving as the link between customers, sales teams, distributors, and engineering, this role drives technical qualification, steers solution definition, and ensures that proposed offerings are technically credible and commercially aligned.The successful candidate will bring strong Telco expertise and application insight, combined with the ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify needs, minimise technical risk, and shorten sales cycles.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul>

&nbsp;Skills &amp; Experience<ul>
<li>Solid grounding in RF principles and antenna applications</li><li>Ability to interpret system-level requirements and technical documentation</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance performance, cost, and business objectives</li><li>Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Experience supporting technically complex B2B sales processes</li><li>Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams</li><li>Willing and able to travel within the UK and internationally as required</li><li>Engineering degree (Electrical, RF, Telecoms or similar) or equivalent industry experience.</li><li>Experience in a technical pre-sales, applications, technical support, or customer-facing engineering role in RF, antennas, wireless, or related sector.</li><li>Proven ability to turn customer requirements into practical technical solutions.</li><li>English must be bilingual/near native level</li></ul>
&nbsp;LocationThe role is based at the company&rsquo;s London head office and involves regular travel across the UK and internationally to support customers, partners, and internal teams.
