&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events industry.</li><li>Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and PR strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).</li><li>Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for event promotion.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

As a customer support specialist you'll be the go-to person for their customers. From answering questions about our products to providing top-notch service, you'll be making a difference every day.&nbsp;Not only will you be handling calls and email, but you'll also have the chance to interact with customers worldwide, and with a script-free environment, you'll have the flexibility to use your experience and personality to provide the best service possible.&nbsp;What your main role will be:<ul>
