Job Title: Wholesale Customer Service Team Leader
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid role)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Wholesale Customer Service Team Leader to lead our client's team in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team, ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Order Processing: Manage the team’s order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Customer Relations: Be responsible for managing and maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving any issues or escalations.
- Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Coaching & Training: Conduct 1:1s with team members, providing coaching and training to help them grow professionally and improve performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Wholesale experience: Experience working within a wholesale environment is essential
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally within a customer service environment.
- Commutability to Nottingham: You must be able to commute to Nottingham for this hybrid role.
- SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is essential
- Strong Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential for compiling reports and analyzing data.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in a Nordic language is preferred but not essential
