You'll work closely with both customers and internal sales teams, managing orders, resolving queries and helping maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.It's a great opportunity for a fluent German speaker who enjoys building relationships and wants a role with plenty of interaction across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:<ul>
<li>Managing customer orders and keeping customers and sales teams updated on deliveries</li><li>Handling order changes, amendments, cancellations and returns</li><li>Managing key account portals and customer communications</li><li>Responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently</li><li>Supporting the sales team with product alternatives and sales opportunities</li><li>Providing initial support with payment queries and chasing outstanding payments</li><li>Managing shared customer and sales inboxes</li><li>Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Warehouse and other internal teams</li><li>Supporting colleagues during busy periods and absences</li><li>Maintaining accurate customer and order information</li><li>Building positive relationships with new and existing customers</li></ul>
About You<ul>
<li>Fluent German and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Previous customer service, sales support, order management or account support experience</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Strong IT skills</li><li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Able to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure</li><li>Comfortable following established processes and procedures</li><li>Positive, reliable and proactive approach</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as NAV or Business Central would be advantageous</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, would also be beneficial</li></ul>
