Job Title: Recruitment Administrator (German desirable)
Location: Cambridge Area, hybrid (2 days per week in-office)
Salary: £26,000 - £ 27,000 per annum
Contract: permanent, full-time Monday to Friday
Our well-established, international client based in the Cabridge Area is looking for a motivated, passionate and switched-on Recruitment Administrator to join their team!
In this role, you’ll be overseeing the administrative coordination of recruitment, maintaining efficient processes throughout the candidate lifecycle and playing a crucial role in the company’s recruitment and retention process.
This is an exciting role in a diverse and international environment, offering lots of room for growth, progression and the chance to utilise your language skills and administration experience!

Previous experience in an Administration, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing or HR Administrator role is highly desirable, as is fluency in German.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent communication and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will also have an excellent ability to build strong working relationships with customers and thrive in fast-paced environments.
