There is a strong preference for a career paralegal with established experience, rather than someone looking to use the position primarily as a route towards qualifying as a solicitor.

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial contracts from initial drafting through to signature and filing

- Preparing first drafts of contracts, licences, letters, notices and other legal documentation
- Managing electronic signatures and maintaining contract management systems
- Supporting vendor and commercial partner onboarding
- Maintaining corporate records and supporting entity management and governance
- Assisting with compliance documentation, company policies and meeting minutes
- Acting as a key liaison between internal lawyers, external counsel and teams across the business
- Coordinating external legal counsel, invoices and payments
- Carrying out legal research and gathering information when required
- Providing transactional and general administrative support across the legal team
- Updating policies and preparing materials for internal training
About You
- Previous paralegal experience within an in-house legal team or law firm is essential
- Ideally an experienced career paralegal who is comfortable taking ownership of their workload
- Previous commercial contracts experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience using contract management systems and DocuSign
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation
- Legal qualifications such as CPE/GDL, LPC or CILEX would be advantageous but are not essential
- Fluency in French, German or Italian is advantageous but not essential
What's on Offer
