Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor - Utrecht region | €4,000–€5,000 gross per month | Fully on-site
Our client is an international technology company specialising in advanced manufacturing and high-performance materials.
They are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of production operators and support the day-to-day performance of their manufacturing site.
Working across four specialised production areas, you will ensure that operations run safely, efficiently and according to established quality standards.
This opportunity would suit an experienced production professional or engineer ready to take the next step in people and production management.
The position is based in the Utrecht region and requires on-site attendance five days per week. Fluent Dutch and English are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support a team of 12 production operators, keeping daily operations safe, smooth and on schedule.
- Stay close to the production floor, resolve day-to-day issues and ensure processes and quality standards are followed.
- Work with Quality and R&D to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, performance reviews and constructive conflict management.
What We’re Looking For :
- Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.
- Previous leadership, team coordination or people management experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A hands-on, approachable and solution-focused leadership style.
- A technical background in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial or process engineering would be an advantage.
- Experience with ISO standards, quality procedures, MDR or another regulated environment would be highly beneficial.
Salary & Benefits :
- €4,000–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience
- Annual bonus of up to 8%, based on company performance
- Defined-benefit pension scheme with employee contribution
