Our client is an international leader in business services, providing innovative solutions that support organizations and professionals in achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
They are looking to hire an Area Director to join the national leadership team and take responsibility for a large regional network in the Greater Paris area.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will manage full P&L ownership, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites.
This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on management and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profitability of the area: Take full ownership of the regional P&L, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth through effective leadership, strategic decision-making, and accountability across all sites.
- Sales force leadership: Lead, inspire, and empower a network of managers to drive revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Foster a high-performing, motivated sales culture focused on results and collaboration.
- Business development & network expansion: Supervise and guide the full sales pipeline—from lead conversion to long-term account management—while driving the regional expansion plan through the opening and successful launch of new sites.
- Operational and people excellence: Act as a hands-on leader in the field, coaching and developing managers to deliver outstanding service quality, operational efficiency, and a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Client relationship management: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients in the region, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English & French
- Proven experience leading multi-site operations within a service-oriented or commercial environment, managing managers and large, diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a consistent track record in sales leadership, P&L ownership, and business growth.
- Inspirational leader with hands-on field presence, able to coach, empower, and align teams around operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Salary:
• Gross annual salary: €100K + 50% bonus (based on performance)
• Profit sharing / incentive scheme (Participation & Intéressement)
