We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Design Manager on behalf of a client near London.&nbsp;The company specialises in the construction projects in the UK and Germany. They are looking for a Design Manager to lead the full design process from design coordination to project management and quality assurance of deliverables. Regular communication with clients will be required to ensure the design incorporates their vision and requirements to a satisfactory level.&nbsp;The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office. The salary is around &pound;40,000-&pound;60,000 depending on experience. Candidates will ideally have completed higher education in construction management, architecture or civil engineering. If not, they must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of structural calculations and BIM design.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Manage client's expectations and requirements with design solutions.</li><li>Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure all teams are aligned.</li><li>Identify and mitigate design-related risks throughout the process.</li><li>Monitor timelines, budgets and quality standards closely.</li><li>Conduct site visits and design reviews to ensure clients are satisfied.</li></ul>

German speaking Construction Design Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking BDR on behalf of a client in Manchester.&nbsp;This is an ideal opportunity for a native level Dutch speaking candidate with at least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the technology/SaaS industry. The role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the office in Manchester and the base salary is &pound;40,000-&pound;45,000 depending on experience. There is also a commission structure and excellent benefits package.&nbsp;The company specialises in brand management and optimisation. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth which is why they are growing their sales team. The Dutch speaking BDR will be responsible for B2B outreach and lead generation in The Netherlands. This is an outbound sales role so performance will be monitored based off the number of leads qualified and meetings booked with prospective customers. Candidates should have a track record of exceeding KPIs and sales targets, they should also be confident dealing directly with C-levels and senior stakeholders. Previous experience in SaaS is desirable but not essential.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Implement sales strategies across your assigned territory - booking meetings with C-level stakeholders.</li><li>Present and pitch the company's services to win new business and challenge the competition.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to maximise effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.</li><li>Regularly keep in contact with potential customers to solidify relationships.</li><li>Analyse market trends and keep up to date with industry changes.</li></ul>
