Location: London or Brighton (Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join their busy recruitment team on an ongoing temporary basis. You must be fluent in English + 1 or more of the following Dutch, French, German or Spanish. 

The Role

As a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions and international markets. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through various channels and networking techniques.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different business areas and locations.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing market insight and recruitment updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
• Utilise recruitment systems and ATS platforms to maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives where required.

About You

• Fluent English plus at least one additional language, ideally Dutch, French, German and/or Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, either agency, in-house, or a combination of both.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Previous experience with ATS systems would be advantage.
